STRAWBERRY GRANOLA PARFAIT
Panera Bread Copycat Recipe

1 container of Yoplait Whips strawberry yogurt
2-3 sliced strawberries
1 handful of Back to Nature classic granola

  1. I asked someone at Panera what type of yogurt they used and I was told that when they run out they send someone over to the grocery to buy Stonyfield's vanilla yogurt. I used Stoneyfield vanilla yogurt, and then made my own granola using pecans, butter, plain granola, honey, and brown sugar (these are the ingredients you find in the granola used in the Panera Parfaits), mixed together and pressed into a cookie pan, then baked at 350 degrees F. I then put the parfait together using the yogurt, fresh strawberries, and the granola. My recipe taste exactly like Panera's.
