Panera Bread (called St. Louis Bread Company in the St. Louis metropolitan area) is a chain of bakery–café quick casual restaurants in the United States and Canada that sells breads, sandwiches, soups, salads, and other bakery items. Panera Bread Recipe
2 cups 2% plain Greek yogurt
3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup pure maple syrup, honey, or agave nectar
1/3 teaspoon ground nutmeg
pinch of salt
Combine everything in a blender and puree until smooth. Divide among four glasses.
Tip: If you can’t find fresh or frozen cranberries, replace them with two cans (14 ounces each) of whole berry cranberry sauce and reduce the syrup, honey, or agave to 1/4 cup.
