1 sprig thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon shallots, chopped
3 tablespoons champagne vinegar
3 tablespoons fresh tangerine juice
1/4-cup olive oil
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
For dressing, combine thyme, shallots, vinegar, tangerine juice and honey in a small bowl. Drizzle oil in a thin stream into the bowl while whisking. Season with salt and pepper. Pour on desired amount of dressing toss well.
